✍️ It’s a Fierce,  Radical, Messy Rebellion (And It’s Finally Real.)

I didn’t set out to create a journal. In fact, I avoided it for a long time—because most journals felt like one more thing I was supposed to do right while burned out.

They wanted tidy gratitude lists. I had sarcasm and rage. They offered evening routines. I was heading to bed at 7pm, staring at the ceiling and questioning capitalism.

So instead of creating something "nice," I made something honest. This is NOT a journal... it's a fierce little rebellion. A place to write what you really think. To say no, to take up space, to get messy or go silent—whatever healing looks like for you.

📖 What’s Inside?

This is part guided reflection, part “burn it all down” survival zine, and part quiet permission slip full of:

  • Boundary reminders when people keep asking for more

  • Pages where you don’t have to say anything at all

  • Prompts that don’t assume you’re okay yet

  • Gentle (and sometimes blunt) reminders that you are not the problem

There’s no pressure here. No dates to fill. No guilt if it sits unopened for a month. It will wait. It’s good like that.

💥 Who’s It For?

If you’ve ever…

  • Held your breath on Zoom so no one saw you cry

  • Written an out-of-office but felt secretly guilty about it

  • Said “I’m fine” when what you really meant was “I don’t even know who I am anymore”

…then this was made for you.

This journal is for the burnt-out, the corporate rebels, the HR survivors, worn out creatives and the tender-hearted high achievers who just. got. tired.

Put it on your nightstand. Toss it in your work bag as an act of protest. Or gift it to someone who needs a soft, sassy place to land.

This journal came out of burnout. But what it holds? That’s yours to reclaim.
